Lonnie Vencent of Los Angeles, CA., is known for playing bass with Hollywood glam band HAWK during the 80’s and went on to play with former members of King Kobra to form BulletBoys who eventually signed with Warner Bros.
Lonnie is now with Lies, Deceit and Treachery which is the fusion of three former original members of BulletBoys. Mick Sweda, Jimmy D’Anda and Lonnie Vencent were the driving force that gave BulletBoys their powerful trademark sound. They are back, and bringing the sexy and punchy BulletBoys sound that fans remember and still clamor for.

BulletBoys is the self-titled first album from the American glam metal band BulletBoys, released in 1988. It features the hit Smooth Up in Ya as well as a cover of The O'Jay's song For the Love of Money. The album reached No. 34 in the Billboard 200 chart and was certified gold in 1989 selling over 500,000 copies.
UK-based Rock Candy Records reissued this album on CD in 2014.

Rock Legend News: What has been your approach to music Lonnie?
Lonnie Vencent: Conglomerating my influences into my music.
Rock Legend News: In 1984, You, Scott Travis, Doug Marks, Charles Morrill were in the Hollywood, California’s 80’s glam band HAWK. The band seemed to have a good future. What exactly did not work?
Lonnie Vencent: There was no record company. It was funded by Doug and his wife Londa. It was like being signed to a label, because it was funded by Metal Method.
Rock Legend News: HAWK image designer, Londa R. Marks added to the unique chemistry of HAWK. She also designed and created some clothes for the Bullet Boys. How do you like working with Londa?
